About the Edition

Artist and illustrator John Booth and ceramic artist Ian McIntrye present a playful new collection of unique works and special editions.

Supergroup was born out of Booth and McIntyre’s shared studio space in East London. The artists share an appreciation for accessible design, exploring traditional craft practices alongside exuberant decoration.

For House of Voltaire presents Supergroup, the artists have created a new limited edition collection of colourful ceramics alongside embroidered patches, giant wall stickers, a t-shirt and whimsical wallpaper.

This edition is an ethically screen-printed cotton t-shirt printed in London by Fifth Column, the original designers and printers of popular punk t-shirts in the 70's. The T-Shirt features one of Supergroup's classic colourful and kitsch designs and comes in an inclusive range of sizes from S-5XL.

All specially–commissioned works are exclusive to House of Voltaire and available to purchase in–store and online. All sales support of Studio Voltaire’s artistic and public programmes.
