About this artwork

Booth has created series of earth wear ceramic vases. Each unique featuring individual glaze work and three dimensional pigment dyed element.  Hand built in London.

About the designer

John Booth is a fashion illustrator and textile designer based in London. He trained at Central Saint Martins, where he is now an Associate Lecturer in Fashion. Booth has worked for Zandra Rhodes, John Galliano, and Ashish. His illustrations have most recently featured in Fendi Menswear S/S 17 runway collection. Booth’s practice encompasses collage technique, experimentation with line, embroidery and textile manipulation.

We have gained a reputation for championing both emerging and underrepresented artistic practices, often at key stage in the artist’s career. The gallery also provides an important UK platform for international artists, often providing them their first-ever presentation in the UK. These have included Nairy Baghramian, Thea Djordjadze, Nicole Eisenman, Judith Hopf, Paulina Olowska and Henrik Olesen.
