In an offset-printed black and white photo, workers are busily assembling oversized, freestanding letters spelling "HEROIN KILLS" in a large industrial space. Scattered building materials and tools lie in the foreground.
The black-and-white image depicts four individuals wearing blindfolds and shirts emblazoned with "JUST" "SAY" "BO" "NO!". In the foreground, a seated person holds a sewn-bound book, and in the background, a toy plane appears.
