About The Artwork

Gossip Among the Stuff exudes a wonderful effect of tactility. The artist is known for her thoughtful collages, and this print is taken from an ideal example of her technique—the faded commercial imagery of a fashion model appears at the centre and thus provides a drastic contrast to both the cut-out, shadow-like figure and the monochromatic drawings framing the piece.
