      About The Artwork

Remember to Exhale has been created to serve as a reminder to create from a place of rest and restoration. Exhalations stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) - encouraging and supporting the act of relaxation and healing is, for this collaborative work, one step in adiing the recovery from trauma. 50% of all proceeds will be donated to the East London Out Project (elop). elop is a holistic lesbian and gay centre offering a much needed range of social, emotional, and support services to LGBTQIA+ communities.
