      About The Artwork

Commissioned as part of their special presentation for House of Voltaire, design duo Supergroup has created a new series of ceramic stoneware snails available in two sizes. Utilising traditional craft glazes and slip trail techniques, each object is unique in the series and hand-painted and glazed by the artists. The works have been fired at a higher temperature, resulting in a durable and vividly coloured object. Some snails can be wall mounted and displayed outside.
