EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase before delivery and within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered.

To exercise your withdrawal, continue to our secure order portal hosted by Shopify. You do not need a password — enter the email used at checkout and a one-time verification code.

From there you can request cancellation of unshipped items or return of delivered items. Shopify will email you immediately to confirm your request.
